1. Graphic Designer

A graphic designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines. Graphic designers create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

  • Create creative designs that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with design team to develop high quality brand support and presentation materials including communication assets, web graphics, infographics, email newsletters, landing pages etc., ensuring production is aligned to brand objectives.
  • Work within the brand guidelines to create best in class designs for various mediums, including, web, print and digital.
  • Collaborate with internal and external communication teams, product marketing, people & culture and product training teams.
  • Work closely with the design team

3. Content Writer

Job Description:
  • Capability to write creative quotes, punch lines, taglines, mailers, ad content for any brand.
  • Capable of writing an article, blog on any subject, theme, or website with an effective, consistent & reader-friendly writing style.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Managing the social media marketing strategy for clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
  • Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, etc) for clients.
  • Designing a Social Media strategy that is customised to meet the clients’ requirement.
  • Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients.
  • Playing a brand consulting/advising role with respect to the online advertising environment.
  • Co-ordinate with the graphic designing team to create out of the box designs.
  • Driving engagement on all Social Media platforms in the form of Contests and Offline activity suggestions that are then integrated online.

The ideal candidate would have

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in content development, writing and publishing.
  • Strong English writing skills & familiarity with internet & search engines.
  • Concise, clear & confident communication.
  • The ability to ideate and execute a campaign or strategy successfully within the stipulated timeline.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of how content works on a social web.
  • Knowledge of Analytics and Google Adwords would be a plus
